1Who we are & acceptance

Roshan Solutions LLC ("Roshan Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a Michigan limited liability company that designs, builds, and manages websites and related online presence services for small and local businesses. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or the "Client") and Roshan Solutions.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using our services or this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Services we provide

We offer website design and related services in packages that may include, but are not limited to:

• Starter — The Essentials (from $349): a multi-page, mobile-responsive website with a contact form and basic SEO setup.
• Growth — The Full Package (from $749): a larger custom-designed site with booking/contact forms and fuller local SEO.
• Full-Service Pro (from $1,299): larger sites with e-commerce, custom integrations, and ongoing optimization options.
• Fast-Track Landing Page (from $249): a single-page site with a quick turnaround.
• Google Business Profile Setup (from $299): one-time setup and optimization of your Google Business Profile.
• Google Business Profile Management (from $99/month): ongoing monthly management of your profile.

The exact deliverables, page count, number of revisions, features, and price for your project are those described on our website at the time of purchase or confirmed in writing with you. We may update package names, features, and pricing at any time, but changes do not affect work you have already paid for.

3Quotes, orders & payment

Quotes and estimates are provided for your convenience and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote becomes a binding order once you make a payment or confirm the project in writing.

Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the package or build fee is due in full before work begins. For larger custom projects we may agree to a milestone or deposit structure in writing; any deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total. Out-of-pocket costs such as premium domains, paid plugins, stock photography, or third-party subscriptions are your responsibility and may be billed in addition to the package price, with your approval.

4Recurring (monthly) services

Some services — such as Google Business Profile Management — are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle at the then-current rate.

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. The current period's payment is not refunded or prorated. To cancel, email us at ibrahim@roshansolutions.com and we'll confirm. We may also pause or cancel a recurring service if a payment fails or for the reasons described in the termination section below.

5Refunds

This includes one-time build fees, deposits, setup fees, and recurring monthly charges that have already been billed. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate or accidental charge), contact us and we'll review it promptly.

6Project process & your responsibilities

A successful project depends on good collaboration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful content — text, images, logos, and business details — in a timely manner.
• Give clear feedback and approvals at each stage so the project can move forward.
• Respond to requests for information or review within a reasonable time (generally within 7 days).
• Ensure you have the legal rights to any materials you give us to use.

If a project stalls because we are waiting on you, timelines pause until you respond. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, we may treat the project as inactive and close it; restarting later may require a new quote. Amounts already paid remain non-refundable.

7Turnaround & timelines

We share estimated turnaround times (for example, 5–7 days for many builds, or 48–72 hours for Fast-Track pages). These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing depends on the complexity of your project, how quickly you provide content and approvals, and factors outside our control such as third-party platform availability. Delays caused by late content or feedback are not our responsibility.

8Revisions & scope changes

Each package includes the number of revision rounds described for that package. Additional revisions, new pages, or features beyond the agreed scope are considered scope changes and may be quoted separately. We'll always confirm any added cost with you before doing the extra work.

9Ownership & intellectual property

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website deliverables we create specifically for you — the custom design and content we produced for your site. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Roshan Solutions.

Some elements are not transferred and remain owned by their respective owners, including third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock imagery, frameworks, and software, which are provided to you under their own licenses. We also retain ownership of our own underlying tools, code libraries, templates, and know-how that we reuse across projects.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display your project and reference your business name in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing.

10Hosting, domains & third parties

Unless your package explicitly includes it, you are responsible for your own domain registration and website hosting. We may set up, configure, or recommend third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Google services, or analytics tools) on your behalf. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or actions. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and renewals after handoff unless we agree to manage them for you.

11Your content & conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you provide and the way your website is used. You agree not to ask us to create or host content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that violates anyone's rights. You represent that you own or have permission to use everything you provide, and you grant us the license needed to use it to perform the services. We may decline or stop work on any project that we believe involves illegal or harmful content.

12Disclaimers & no guarantee of results

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver professional, functional websites. However, our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — including search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. SEO and online visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competition. We do not warrant that a website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roshan Solutions and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roshan Solutions and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content you provide, your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15Term & termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use our services. You may stop using our services at any time; for monthly plans, see the cancellation section above. We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct. Amounts already paid are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

16Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services you also agree to that policy.

17Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
