Refund & Return Policy

1Overview

Roshan Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides website design, development, and management services. Because these are custom digital services rather than physical goods, there is nothing to ship back or "return." This policy explains when payments are and aren't refundable and how to cancel a service. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies to one-time build packages (such as Starter, Growth, Full-Service Pro, and Fast-Track), Google Business Profile setup, add-ons, and any other one-time fees.

We have this policy because our work is custom and time-intensive: once you purchase, we reserve time for your project and begin design and development work promptly. The value we deliver is our time, expertise, and labor, which cannot be returned.

3Deposits & setup fees

For larger custom projects, we may agree in writing to a deposit or milestone payment structure. Any deposit or setup fee is non-refundable and is applied toward your project total. It reserves your spot in our schedule and covers initial work.

4Monthly subscriptions

Recurring services — such as Google Business Profile Management — are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your monthly plan whenever you like, with no cancellation fee.
• You keep what you've paid for. When you cancel, your service stays active through the end of the current billing period you've already paid for.
• No further charges. After the current period ends, you won't be billed again.
• No partial refunds. The current month's payment is not refunded or prorated.

For example, if you're billed on the 10th and cancel on the 20th, your management service continues until the next 10th, and you won't be charged after that.

5If you cancel mid-project

You can stop a project at any time, but amounts already paid are non-refundable, as the work and reserved time have already been committed. If you paid a deposit for a larger project and cancel before completion, the deposit and any payments made are retained to cover the work performed and time reserved. If you'd like, we'll hand over the work completed to that point.

6If we cancel

In the rare case that we are unable to deliver a service you purchased — for reasons on our side — we will work with you to make it right, which may include completing the work on a revised timeline or, at our discretion, issuing a refund for the undelivered portion.

7Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase, or a charge after you cancelled a subscription — contact us promptly and we'll review it. Verified billing errors will be refunded.

8Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we'll almost always be able to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of any active services while the dispute is investigated.

9How to cancel or request help

To cancel a monthly subscription, report a billing error, or ask any question about this policy, just email us at ibrahim@roshansolutions.com. We'll confirm your cancellation and help with anything you need.
