Is this actually free? What's the catch? +
Yes, actually free. The catch is we cap it at 3 per month and we choose projects we want in our portfolio. There's no hidden setup fee, no trial that auto-bills, no "free for 30 days." If you decide to keep the site after launch, hosting is $29/mo (same as any other client). If you don't, you keep the code, the design, and the domain — at no cost.
What's the value of the package, really? +
Our Growth plan is $749 one-time + $49/mo hosting. You're getting the same build for $0 + the lower $29/mo hosting tier. Effectively a $1,499 retail-value site for free.
How long does the rebuild take? +
Typically 10-14 days from when we approve your application. Day 1 = call. Days 2-5 = design + first draft. Days 6-10 = your feedback + revisions. Days 11-14 = launch.
What if I'm not selected? +
No hard feelings — we tell you on the call. If your project still excites us but isn't a fit for the free spot, we'll quote the regular Growth or Starter package and you can take it or leave it. Either way, you got a free 10-minute consultation.
Do I have to keep using your hosting after launch? +
No. The site is yours — code, design, domain, everything. If you want to move it elsewhere a year from now, we'll help you migrate. The only ask is we get credit in our portfolio.
Will my new site rank on Google? +
Every site we build is set up with foundational SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, fast load times, mobile-friendly structure, sitemap, robots.txt. We also wire up your Google Business Profile. Ranking takes 4-12 weeks depending on competition, but the technical work is done day one.
Can I get the rebuild for an existing customer base / e-commerce site? +
Free rebuild is for our standard 8-page Growth package. If you need full e-commerce (Pro plan, $1,299), it's not part of this offer — but we'd quote it at our regular price. Mention it on the call and we'll talk through options.
